Mr. Norman focuses on business and legal strategies for accelerating growth including “smart use” of visas to transfer key managers and specialists, in addition to using Teaming Agreements, Joint Ventures and M&A to increase market share. In the aerospace field, Mr. Norman helps Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers negotiate agreements that will protect their intellectual property and reduce liability risks for consequential damages and indemnification of OEMs.

Mr. Norman is a graduate of Yale College and Boston College Law School and earned a Certificate from the Institut d’etudes politiques (Sciences Po), Paris, France. Mr. Norman also served as a federal prosecutor and antitrust attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice prior to entering private practice.
