Eliot Norman is an attorney and partner at Williams Mullen, a U.S. law firm with 240 attorneys based in Washington, D.C. and the Southeast United States. He specializes in representing foreign companies setting up or expanding business operations in the USA. Mr. Norman is a graduate of Yale College and Boston College Law School and earned a Certificate from the Institut d’etudes politiques (Sciences Po), Paris, France. He speaks French fluently and travels regularly throughout Europe to meet with clients. Mr. Norman also served as a federal prosecutor and antitrust attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice prior to entering private practice.
